Back on October 17th (2 weeks ago), the Climate Prediction Center issued this outlook for the month of November. Not a single part of the country had below normal temperatures projected.
Today (again just 2 weeks later) they came out with a revised edition that looks like this. What happened to the mild weather in the Midwest and much of the eastern U.S.?
That's a pretty radical change, but in somebody's immortal words, it's better late than never. We'll see where we are in two weeks. Thought this was interesting. Feel free to chime in if you have any comments right here in the forum. Roll weather...TS
