QUIET WEATHER AHEAD...

Dodged a bullet it much of my local area, but snow fell in portions of the Midwest Sunday. A trace to up to four and a half inches fell in parts of Iowa.

Snow continued to the south and was pretty heavy in St. Louis where this system dropped one to five inches.

Otherwise it was chilly with temperatures near normal for this time of year.

Now high pressure is building in and will make for a very calm week up ahead....

Little to no precipitation is expected over the next four days before the next storm moves in by the end of the week. Prior to then temperatures will be warming up through the week. Additionally we're getting more and more daylight! Here are the expected temperatures Monday through Wednesday afternoons -

Enjoy the later sunsets and the spring like temperatures coming this way! RK
