AGREEMENT...AN IMPORTANT UPDATE

The NAM and #K NAM, U.S. models have cleared and they made a big shift south. This is probably the move to the EURO that I have feared the past 24-48 hours. Here's the new forecasts for Sunday, down about 8" here in Cedar Rapids.

You can see how this big shift south now compares favorably to the EURO. Finally some agreement among models.

I think the writing is now on the wall that little if any snow is likely "roughly" north of a line from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids and on to Freeport. We still have new runs of the EURO and GFS but I'm not anticipating any major shifts. Will keep you up to date. Roll weather...TS
