GOOD MORNING. TSWAILS.COM WILL BE HOLDING A LIVE BRIEFING AT 11:00 AM ON WHAT'S EXPECTED TO BE A HIGH IMPACT WINTER STORM OVER SOUTHERN IOWA AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS TODAY AND TONIGHT.
It will include multiple winter hazards - heavy snow, near zero visibility in blowing and drifting snow, and strong winds. Travel will become very hazardous in spots and is discouraged. The combination of strong winds and heavy, wet snow may result in downed tree limbs and power lines.
