SPRING HAS AN IDENTITY CRISIS...
Though Saturday ended up warmer than anticipated it was still chilly and a well below normal day. It felt more like fall outside... coming after a week of springy weather and about ten days removed from 90s!
Sunday will start off rather cold with temperatures in the 30s and 40s across the region:
There are even Freeze Warnings posted to our west... so it could be worse:
Sunday afternoon will be sunny but still cool and below normal:
Temperatures will be about 10-15 degrees below normal Sunday as well as Monday. Monday may be slightly cooler with clouds in overhead:
And then even cooler on Tuesday as rain moves in:
Our next storm system will bring widespread rain Tuesday into Wednesday:
Certainly some signs of heavy rainfall as well which we will have to keep an eye on:
After that it appears that warmer air arrives just in time for Memorial Day Weekend with above normal temperatures looking likely to round out the month of May:
Hopefully spring comes back!
