Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort In Galena as been roasting on an open fire. After building a nice base more than two weeks ago the season was set to open. Then came the thaw and it was time to regroup. Finally, snow making conditions have returned and the resort is set to open for skiers and snowboarders Saturday at 9:00am
