What our world needs now, is rain sweet rain. We've had to fight and squeeze for every drop we've seen since mid-August. In the grahic below, you can see that in since December 1st, the NWS in Davenport has had only three rain or snow events that have produced 1/2 inch or more. AN ACTIVE WEEK IS FINALLY HERE
Here we go! After a lot of chatter for the better part of a week we are finally entering the active period that should bring some nice relief from the dry conditions. WATCHING AN EARLY-WEEK HAIL THREAT
A highly-advertised stretch of warm and active weather is looking to move into the region this week with multiple systems capable of heavy rain and storms. "STEPPING" UP TO THE PLATE
To say Friday was a deceptive day weatherwise is a bit of an understatement. The sun was out and the sky was blue, a looker from the comfort of my house.
