CATCHING SOME DRY TIME...

We got some much needed rain over the last several days. Now we're getting a chance to dry out. Here's a look at the rainfall totals from the last 7 days:

For many this was the most rain we've seen in months! It won't bust the drought completely but it will definitely improve things. Now we have a ridge building in at the upper levels that will keep the weather calm for a few days:

There will be a disturbance that moves through during the middle/end of the week that brings the chance for some rain:

And then a ridge builds back in for the end of the week and next weekend:

In terms of the rainfall over the course of the week, it won't be nearly as rainy as last week. Rainfall totals for the next seven days:

Because not much is happening temperatures will remain rather stagnant over the next week or so... and run near/below normal.
