For those interested here are some fresh model snowfall forecasts. Not official in any capacity but the trends are sound and the overall forecast is in good shape from my perspective. More on my thoughts following the models.

The amounts are higher and further south than what the NWS shows below. I am leaning higher based on the above models with 3-5 in the warning areas with perhaps some 6" amounts NW of the Quad Cities.
