HIGH IMPACT WEATHER THROUGH THE WEEKEND 

• SUB-ZERO COLD

• DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS 30-40 BELOW

• ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW THIS WEEKEND

• HARSH COLD INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK

As we speak, a bitterly cold Arctic air mass is charging southeast towards the area. It arrives tonight with rapidly falling temperatures and dangerous wind chills of 30 to 40 below! An EXTREME COLD WARNING is in effect for the entire area through Saturday morning.

Later Saturday, a major storm coming out of the southwest is expected to swipe the area with snow. There is still some uncertainty on amounts, but several inches of powder is possible in the southeast.
