THE POWER OF LOVE! TSWAILS TIES THE KNOT FOR FRIENDS IN ASHEVILLE....

Hi everybody. I am in Asheville, North Carolina. What a pretty part of the nation. I've never been to the high country of western NC. and I am impressed. The reason I am here is to officiate a wedding between 2 good friends (Joy Howe and Eric Marshall) at the world famous Biltmore Hotel. Just call me the reverend Josie Swails! Here's a couple shots of Asheville.

Having never presided over a wedding I must admit I'm a little bit nervous. Nobody wants to mess up the most important day in a couples life. In fact, when they asked me I was so shocked it took me a few seconds to say yes as the gravity of the request soaked in

I had to get the necessary qualifications from the state of North Carolina to make it all legal. I'm good to go there. I even have to sign the wedding license to make it official. To be honest this is a great honor and once this is done it will be a cool thing to have on my resume. I've had a remarkable life!

Here's a couple shots of the Biltmore where the ceremony takes place Saturday night at 6:30pm.

Probably the most challenging thing to do was write the ceremony. I spent quite a few hours trying to get it right. I hope to God it resonates with the bride and groom. I would love to show it to you but of course, that's a private document at this point.

If all goes well, we'll video tape the ceremony (it won't be more than 10-15 minutes) and then we'll post it so you can see if I have a future in the nuptial world.

Naturally the pressure is on to also deliver a perfect day. It appears luck is on my side. Check out this forecast. Sunny and 80 degrees. Show me the money baby!

Wish me (and especially the soon to be newlyweds) good luck! Roll weather and here's to the power of love! TS
