CALM WEATHER FOR TURKEY TRAVEL...
The last ten days have been quite wild -- we had record high temperatures on November 9th with temperatures well into the 70s. Saturday night temperatures dropped down far enough to set a record:
Now the arctic air is lifting out and where snow exists, its been melting Sunday:

This will lead to temperatures warming up and quiet weather through much of the upcoming week. Temperatures are expected to be near and above normal through the end of the month:
High pressure will be in place at the surface for much of the week:
Little to no precipitation is expected through Wednesday, so any traveling being done ahead of the holiday should be just fine!
There's the chance there could be some precipitation (rain and/or snow) on Thanksgiving Day itself but there's still a lot of uncertainty:
