DRY AIR WINS OUT...

This will just be a quick update on the clippers this weekend. Snow came down Saturday night into Sunday morning.

The golden shovel goes to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin for 6.4" of snow, with 5.5" over the river in Guttenberg, Iowa.

Not much snow fell south of Highway 20 in Iowa due to dry air and a pretty compact clipper. You can see the wider view of the snowfall here:

There will be another clipper Sunday night into early Monday that will favor these same areas. Here's a look at the latest HRRR:
