SEPTEMBER SWINGS...

There will be the chance for some more rain to start the week, but likely not enough to be beneficial to fix the drought situation. We've had some rain over the last week:

Some showers and storms will be possible late Monday into early Tuesday:

There will be the chance for some more widespread rain on Tuesday:

Those two days will be our highest chances for rain this week. There will be heavy rain in spots, but seems to be in a narrow band:


High pressure will build in and drop rain chances starting Wednesday and increase temperatures for the rest of the week:

Temperatures will be near normal when the week starts and starts to go up above normal.

Could be a little toasty to start October, but eventually the fall chill (or winter one) will stick.
