FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR DOWNTOWN DAVENPORT!

The NWS in the Quad Cities has issued a flash flood warning for downtown Davenport, Iowa. The temporary levee has been breached and water has surged into the downtown area surrounding the river. This is a serious and potentially deadly situation. Evacuations are underway!
