FLAKEAGE COMES, FLAKEAGE GOES...
Snow will fall into Monday morning and add to the snow on the ground. We'll wake up to 1-3" of fresh powder...
That will led to some slick streets through the morning. The sun will come out later in the day but it will be another cold one:
As we head through the rest of the week a big ridge of high pressure will build in, leading to warmer air arriving:
Temperatures will be back in the 20s Tuesday afternoon:
And then we'll get above freezing on Wednesday for the first time in 13 days:
Some flakeage melting will start to occur as temperatures remain above freezing on Thursday as well:
There will be a weak storm system will come through late Thursday and could bring a wintry mix/rain to the region:
A higher chance for rain will come with a stronger system Saturday into Sunday:
We'll likely melt some of the snow away this week and it will come with some fog along with the rain.
Hope you enjoyed the white Christmas!
