JUST A LITTLE BIT OF SNOW....

After snow and some freezing drizzle on Saturday there will be a few more chances for light snowfall over the next few days. Temperatures will be colder for Sunday in the wake of a cold front:

There will be a weak low pressure system nearby that will deliver light snow to the area on Sunday, especially early in the day:

There will also be the chance for some light snow/flurries on Monday, as seen above.

And Tuesday with a weak clipper:

Accumulation will generally be on the light side:

Past Tuesday, temperatures will be near/above normal for a few days under a calm pattern and a ridge of high pressure building in overhead:

We will be watching a pattern change toward the weekend/early next week. A storm will likely move through the Midwest around January 23-25. The exact path is uncertain at this time, but it may be a strong winter storm:
