RAIN, ICE, SNOW... OH MY!

Watches have now been upgraded to Winter Storm and Ice Storm Warnings... and some Winter Weather Advisories:

The storm will move in late Monday and bring rain, ice, and snow to the region.. of course we're missing out on this one:

A wintry mix will be to our northwest and heavy snow will fall in South Dakota and Minnesota:

Here's the latest information from the National Weather Service on accumulations:

More on the snow in South Dakota/NW Iowa:

And into Minnesota:

And then us... down in the south we have the plain 'ol rain:

There could be some very light snow that does wrap around in my local area but would be hard pressed to see a lot of accumulation after the rainfall.

Regardless it will turn colder from the 40s on Monday to near 50 on Tuesday.... to the 30s on Wednesday:

And we'll be in the 20s on Thursday:

Maybe it will be our turn for the white gold again... but in the meantime we're still looking at above normal temperatures as we begin the new year:

At least we don't have ice!
