Sunday was cloudy, rainy, and windy as a cold front moved through. The pattern stays active as troughiness stays in place in the upper levels:

That will mean a few fronts/shortwaves will move through and lead to windy conditions and more rain. Monday will be sunny and dry with highs in the 50s:

Winds will gust around 30 mph or so through the day, though:

A few scattered showers are possible overnight into Tuesday morning as our next system approaches:

Light showers will be possible into Tuesday afternoon:

Temperatures will be in the 50s once again:

Wednesday will be quiet and sunny with temperatures rising closer to the 60s:

Thursday will be another mild day...

As a warm front lifts north there will be a few showers passing through:

We'll have to watch a stronger system coming into the region over the weekend that could bring showers and thunderstorms:

Overall the spring showers continue with temperatures remaining above normal...

Hearing that this troughy weather will bring surprising heat at the end of the week. NOAA says 70ish here on Friday but some sites are reporting 80+ as far north as I-90. 80+? Is that possible?
