WHEN IT SNOWS, IT POURS!
I NEED YOUR HELP TO MEET OPERATING EXPENSES
THE FUTURE OF THE SITE DEPENDS ON YOU.
Hi everyone, as you know, TSwails.com is a no-pay site; existing on voluntary subscriptions or personal donations. If you find value in the site, I'm asking kindly that you make the donation you feel is worthy. I'm suggesting $20.00, roughly a nickel a day. Less than 5% of my readers donate, so your gift is not only appreciated, it helps immensely. Your contribution, whatever you can swing, supports the content, infrastructure, and operational costs. Thanks for anything you can do!
A RARE WEEK INDEED...
Snow reports continue to trickle in, with some in the Quad Cities as high as 15 inches! Iowa City and several other spots had 15 inches in last Monday's storm. The odds of having a storm like that in this region are about once every 10–15 years. You can imagine how high they must be for two in 4 days! I have no idea if that's ever happened in this immediate area. These are the latest reports I have from the NWS and the Iowa Mesonet.
Some of the heavier amounts focused on the Quad Cities. How 'bout you dudes in the QCA. Rockin' it.
I'm taking a break. What a great week of winter forecasting! Loving it. Roll weather...TS
